About the machine
The vacuum press M 15-15 replaces expensive pressing equipment, especially in small-batch production and in the production of unique expensive products, decorative veneering, doors with volumetric relief, curved facades, etc.
Vacuum press M 15-15 is used:
In the manufacture of parts for furniture production, when it is necessary to glue the component parts of the product. Any parts which are made of wood, plastic, etc., may be glued under vacuum.
The cold pressed vacuum press works as follows:
- The product prepared for gluing is placed on the working table of the vacuum press, the clamping frame with the membrane is lowered, the vacuum pump evacuates the air and the pressure compresses the product evenly from all sides.
- Then the product is kept in this state for the required time, and after that removed for further use.
